Bespoke Policy

Once the final design is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure the order.  Deposit cannot be refunded in any form.  In the event of cancellation of order, there is no cancellation fees.

A final payment is required prior to the dispatch of goods.  Your jewellery will only be dispatched when the transaction is cleared.

We are unable to exchange or refund any customised items or bespoke designs.

Returns or Returns Policy

We hope that you are thrilled and delighted with your purchase, but we understand sometimes it is impossible to get it right the first time. You may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt.  Please first notify us by emailing us at fl.divinedestiny@gmaill.com or telephone +44(0)7714 100972, then send back your order together with the original receipt within 7 working days of receipt.  Returns which are post marked outside of the 7 day will be deemed non-returnable.

The first exchange will be sent free of charge for UK customers but subsequent exchanges will have standard delivery charges applied. International exchanges will be charged standard delivery.

All our products are protected by an approval seal to ensure they have passed our quality control and have not been worn by anyone.  It is very visible but will not prevent you from trying the jewellery on.  Once the seal is tempered or removed, it is strightly non-returnable nor exchangable.

For customer’s own protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced earrings and hair accessories, including tiaras, combs and hair pins.

Providing the items you wish to return are unworn (with seal intacted) and in their original conditions with their original packaging, we will issue a refund (less deductions for postage and packaging) or an exchange within 28 days of receipt.  Refunds, as well as any excess or credit card due on an exchange, will be made to the original payment card used for your order.  Cheque refunds will be issued for purchases which are paid by cheque.

All products are sold as complete copyrighted designs and may not be altered or tampered.  Our decision is final as to whether or not products are deemed tempered or altered.

We are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.

We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
