Gift Wrap

All our products will be carefully wrapped and presented in our lovely branded boxes.  Should you wish to have them gift wrapped and a message card attached, it can be arranged free of charge.  Please email us your message or via our enquiry form.

Postage

Your order will be processed immediately once order confirmation is sent and it will be dispatched within the production time frame provide with each product.

If your order is urgent please let us know as we may be able to prioritise your order. Do e-mail us or simply fill in our enquiry form to check delivery times before you place your order if it is urgent.

All packages are sent either first class recorded delivery or special (next day) delivery and will require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your package it will be held at your local sorting office.

Postage and delivery details

We let our customers take control of their postage choice.  However, we advise you to choose recorded service only for items below £41, and all items above £41 by special delivery. We do not take responsibility for items that are not delivered or delivered late and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

Parcels can only be tracked within the UK. Once an item has left the UK we cannot track an item.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will require a signature. Items sent via Recorded Delivery can take up to 4 working days to be delivered.

Orders sent via Special Delivery will require a signature. Items sent via Special Delivery will be delivered the next working day after receiving your dispatch confirmation via e-mail. Posting times to some parts of Scotland are not guaranteed by Royal Mail as next day delivery.

Items sent by ‘International Signed For’ may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Although a receipt of postage/parcel number will be obtained, once an item has left the UK Royal Mail cannot trace an item.

We can only guarantee delivery on a specific day if the ‘Special Delivery’ option is chosen. Delivery can only be guaranteed on a working day (Monday-Friday before 1pm).

We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside of our control.

A parcel is not deemed missing or lost unless 14 working days has past. We do not issue refunds or replacement of goods unless 14 working days has past. After this time we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replace your lost goods.
